  Air Fryer Apple Pie Ingredients: 2 rolls of refrigerated pie crust Baking spray 1 Large apple (chopped) 2 tsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract 2 Tbsp. butter 1 beaten egg 1 Tbsp. raw sugar   Instructions: Defrost pre-made pie crust. Roll out the pie crust, flip baking pan from your air fryer onto dough and cut a circle ½ in larger than the baking tin. (This will be the bottom of the pie.) Mixed Berry Cobbler: Ingredients: Berry Filling: 12 Strawberries 1 cup of blueberries 2 Tsp. lemon juice ¼ cup brown sugar ¾ cup of water ¼ cup of white sugar ¼ Tsp. Cinnamon 3 Tbsp. corn starch Topping: 2 Cups pancake mix ½ cup milk 3 Tbsp. melted butter 1 Tsp. Vanilla 3 Tbsp. white sugar ½ Tsp. Ingredients:  - 2 1/4 CUPS all-purpose flour - 1 TSP baking soda - 1 TSP salt - 1/2 light brown sugar - 2/3 CUPS sugar - 1 1/2 Sticks unsalted butter - 2 eggs - 1 TSP vanilla extract - 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips   Directions: Mix all ingredients in a lage mixing bowl, adding the chocolate chips last.
