Tender Pot Roast in a Pressure Cooker

Ingredients • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil• 1 (3 pound) Boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed• Ground black pepper to taste• 1 Medium onion, cut into 4 wedges• 1 (14.5 ounce) Can beef broth• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce• 4 Carrots, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces• 4 Large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces Directions 1. Heat oil in pressure cooker using the Brown/sauté preset. Brown roast on all sides in the hot oil. Season with pepper and salt. 2.
