Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- lemon slices
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Spread marinade over the top and sides of the salmon. Top each piece with a slice of lemon.
- Air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
