Air Fried French Fries
Ingredients:
-2-3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
-3 teaspoons of olive oil or vegetable oil-Salt
Optional:
-Ketchup
-Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Wash, dry, and peel potatoes into half inch sticks or use a potato slicer for even slices.
I use a French fry cutter (This is my second favorite kitchen item, with the air fryer being my first favorite kitchen item of course 😊): https://amzn.to/2J1YcSp
2. Toss the dried potato sticks gently with the oil and in place them in the air fryer basket. (I highly recommend using a perforated parchment liner designed specifically for the air fryer. This helps the food from sticking to the surface of the air fryer and makes the cleaning process easier).

3. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and shake the basket intermittently a few times while the fries are cooking to help them brown evenly. I recommend completely flipping the fries after 10 minutes of frying. Extra time can be added for extra crispy fries.
4. After removing the fries from the air fryer, season with salt. The fries can also be seasoned with Parmesan cheese. Serve them warm with ketchup and enjoy!
5. Enjoy!
