1 cup whole milk
1 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour

1. In a large bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Sift in flour and salt. MIx well with electric mixer and set aside.
2. Lightly butter ramekins or 4 small oven-safe cups. Fill each container 1/4 full of batter.
3. Place in air fryer and set to 400F for 6 minutes.
4. Carefully remove pancake bites from ramekins and top with your favorite toppings!
