Spooky season is here and so are the spooky treats! Try this easy brownie recipe this Halloween.
Ingredients:
Brownie Layer:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 10 drops yellow food coloring
- 10 drops red food coloring
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add in eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
Pour batter into into an 8 inch pan. Reserve 1/4 cup of batter.
In a medium bowl, blend together cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and food coloring.
Gently spread the cream cheese layer on top of the brownie batter. Drop tablespoons of the remaining brownie batter on top and gently swirl with a knife or skewer.
Bake in an air fryer oven for 20 minutes at 350° F. Allow to cool before cutting and serving and enjoy!
