We decided that we really needed to make sushi burritos this week, so we used our pressure cooker to make the rice and made everything else by hand. Follow the recipe below to learn how to make delicious sushi burritos. Fluffy White Rice in a Pressure Cooker

Ingredients:  2 Cups white rice2 1/2 Cups water Instructions: 1. Add the rice and water to the pressure cooker pot. 2. Lock lid in place, and with the {Pressure +/-} button manually set time for 5 minutes. 3. The pressure cooker will start to heat up and cooking cycle will start as soon as it has reached pressure temperature. 4. After the cooking cycle is over, let the pressure drop before you release the steam. 5. Enjoy!

Ingredients:  2 Cups basmati rice2 1/2 Cups water3 Tablespoons vegetable oil2 Teaspoon salt2 Limes1/2 Cup fresh chopped cilantro     Instructions: 1.
