Ingredients:  2 Cups white rice2 1/2 Cups water Instructions: 1. Add the rice and water to the pressure cooker pot. 2. Lock lid in place, and with the {Pressure +/-} button manually set time for 5 minutes. 3. The pressure cooker will start to heat up and cooking cycle will start as soon as it has reached pressure temperature. 4.
