Diet-Friendly Avocado Brownies

Calling all chocolate lovers! These diet-friendly avocado brownies will become your new obsession. These brownies are a perfect dessert to slip in some creamy avocado; Instead of using butter, avocado adds creaminess with more nutrients and fewer calories. Your friends and family will never know there is a healthy fruit in there. To create this recipe, we used our Streamline High Performance Blender and our 7 QT Digital Touchscreen Air Fryer. Fun facts about avocados:
- Avocados are loaded with fiber
- They contain more potassium than bananas
- They may help to lower total cholesterol levels. (source)

 

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
4 eggs
1/2 butter (substitute: 1/2 cup coconut oil)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp peanut butter
2/3 cup sugar (substitute: 2/3 cup Stevia)
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions:

Add avocados, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, peanut butter, Stevia, unsweetened cocoa powder, and mix together in a blender or food processor.

Scrape the batter into a pan and smooth the top. 

Place the pan in your air fryer, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
