Enjoy this healthy alternative as a snack or appetizer. The Brussel Sprouts compliment the crunchiness of the bacon.
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
8 slices of bacon
16 Brussel sprouts
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, pepper and garlic powder.
Slice the Brussel sprouts in half lengthwise. Place them in the marinade and let them sit for 20 minutes covered.
Get your skewers and stick the end of a piece of bacon through the skewer. Add a Brussel sprout, fold the bacon over the Brussel sprout and onto the skewer. Repeat with three more Brussel sprouts, ending with bacon. Repeat these steps until all the Brussel sprouts and bacon are used.
Place your skewers onto the air fryer kebab rack and place the rack in the air fryer. Air fry them at 350°F for 5 minutes, flip them and air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes.
