This week we made an easy, super-fast pressure cooker recipe using our 12-in-1 Pressure Cooker and it came out delicious! If you are looking for a quick dinner to make at home...we highly suggest this one. This might even be a cute dinner to make for your Valentine this week.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

2/3 lb. spaghetti
½ lb. ground beef
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cup of unsalted chicken stock
2 cups of water
5.5 fl oz. canned tomato paste
2 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
A pinch of dried oregano
A pinch of dried basil
Salt and black pepper
Olive oil
 

Instructions:

 
  1. Chop 1 small onion
  2. Mince 3 garlic cloves
  3. Slice 1 celery stalk
  4. In a bowl, mix together chicken stock, water, tomato paste, light soy sauce, fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and stir until nicely blended
  5. Season ½ lb. of ground beef with salt and pepper
  6. Select sauté on the pressure cooker and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  7. Brown the seasoned meat and remove when done
  8. With the sauté function still on, add onions, garlic, and celery until fragrant
  9. Add liquid mixture into the pressure cooker
  10. Add a pinch of oregano and a pinch of basil
  11. Now you can add the browned meat back into the pressure cooker
  12. Add 2/3 lb. of dried spaghetti (break in half to help it fit)
  13. Cook for 6 minutes at high pressure
  14. Let it natural release or press the quick release button
  15. Enjoy!
