Air Fryer Ovens & Their Accessories

Air fryers have become increasingly popular as a healthier alternative to cooking your food in the fraction of the time, but have you heard of our Air Fryer Ovens?! They are exactly like a regular air fryer, except with more cooking space, more presets AND more accessories! Air Fryer Ovens are the deluxe versions of a regular air fryer. They still use Rapid Air Technology meaning they use circulating hot air to cook food that would normally be dunked in fat or oil. The cooking chamber radiates heat from a heating element close to the food, thus cooking it more efficiently. A fan is generally used to circulate hot air around the food.

A deluxe air fryer is perfect for those making food for the whole family or even those that want to take their air frying to the next level. This family sized appliance has 12.7 quarts of cooking capacity and that same sleek, touch screen design we all love. It is still compact enough to fit on your kitchen counter or store away easily. It has the ability to fry, bake, roast, rotisserie and more! There are 15 presets that take all the guess work out of air frying. And the best part, is they include several accessories to enhance your cooking experience! The possibilities are endless with this machine!

Now, we know when getting a new kitchen appliance, it can be difficult to get the hang of it and then when it comes with accessories, forget about it! Well, we’ve got you covered on all you need to know about our Air Fryer Ovens and their Accessories. By the end of this post, you will be an air frying genius!

The Accessories

The Air Fryer Ovens include a Rotisserie Tong, Rotisserie Rod, Oven Rack, Drip Pan, Skewer Rotisserie, Rotisserie Cage, Rotisserie Steak Cage, Shallow Mesh Basket and 2 Mesh Trays.

The Rotisserie Tong is the universal accessory to insert and take out your Rotisserie Rod, Skewer Rack, Rotisserie Cage and Steak Cage as to ensure you do not burn yourself in the process.

The Rotisserie Rod is another great accessory to use to rotisserie your food, such as a tenderloin or roast.

How to use: Insert the Rotisserie Rod through the center of your desired meat. Use the forks to hold the meat onto the Rotisserie Rod by piercing the meat and screwing the thumb bolts in place. Insert the Rotisserie Rod into the oven long end first and then notch the short end second. Choose your desired preset or time and temperature and make sure to press the Rotisserie button to ensure the Rotisserie Rod rotates.

The Skewer Rack is perfect for cooking bratwurst or kebabs with the meat, vegetables, or fruits of your choice!

How to use: Start by placing the Skewer Racks on each side of the Rotisserie Rod, making sure not to tighten the thumb bolts yet. Lock in the first Skewer and adjust the Skewer racks to fit. Tighten the thumb bolts into place. Continue to lock all the Skewers onto the Skewer Rack. Then, insert the Skewer Rotisserie Rack into the oven long end first and then notch the short end second. Choose your desired preset or time and temperature and make sure to press the Rotisserie button to ensure the Skewer Rack rotates. Finally, use the Rotisserie Tongs to remove the Skewer Rack when cooking is finished.

The Rotisserie Cage is awesome for sweet potato or regular french fries, roasted nuts and other tasty snacks.

How to use: You simply insert the Rotisserie Rod into the Cage and tighten the thumb bolt. Unlatch the swing door to open and fill the Rotisserie Cage with your preferred ingredients, making sure not to overfill. Then, close the swing door and re-latch it to lock it closed. Insert the Rotisserie Rod into the oven long end first and then notch the short end second. Choose your desired preset or time and temperature and make sure to press the Rotisserie button to ensure the Rotisserie Cage rotates. Finally, use the Rotisserie Tongs to remove the Rotisserie Cage when cooking is finished.

The Steak Cage can be used to cook up a tender piece of seasoned steak or flaky fish.

How to use: Start with squeezing the two handles together to open the Steak Cage. Place your desired meat or ingredients into the Cage. Replace the Steak Cage lid, ensuring that it’s secure and tight against your piece of meat.  This will make certain that it doesn’t flop around during cooking. Then, insert the Cage into the oven long end first and then notch the short end second. Choose your desired preset or time and temperature, and make sure to press the Rotisserie button to ensure the Steak Cage rotates. Finally, use the Rotisserie Tongs to remove the Steak cage when cooking is finished.

The Drip Pan is to be kept in the unit when cooking so that any excess food will be caught in there and to provide an easier clean up.

How to use: Slide the tray into the bottom of the oven.

The Mesh Basket and Mesh Trays are great for acting as another rack. The mesh basket is excellent for holding your food while it cooks, such as french fries, meatballs or roasted vegetables.

The mesh trays can be used to air fry chicken wings, stuffed mushrooms and sandwiches! They are also perfect for dehydrating fruit, beef jerky and many other tasty snacks! You simply make the snack you desire and set it on the mesh trays and use the Dehydrate preset. Read our How to Dehydrate Food with an Air Fryer or Dehydrator blog post to learn more about dehydrating foods in the Air Fryer Oven.

How to use: Simply slide mesh trays or basket into any of the rack levels. It is also recommended to rotate the trays for even cooking. Since the trays and basket are made of stainless-steel mesh, feel free to use a nonstick cooking spray on them!

The Oven Rack is best used for holding baking trays at the correct cooking distance from the internal heating element. Utilize the oven rack to make pizza and tuna melts or set a baking pan full of banana bread or cheesecake on the rack!
