Blenders are a great kitchen staple to use in spring time to make your favorite recipes from smoothies and juices to dips and more! We offer a Streamline High-Performance Blender, Premiere High-Performance Blender AND a Heating Blender for those that are looking to up their blending game! We at GoWISE USA, have all the information you need to know for choosing the blender that is right for you and some sweet, spring time recipes to enjoy along the way!

The Streamline High-Performance Blender is excellent for those looking for a simple gadget to blend your favorite foods. It has an on/off switch to activate the blender, a speed dial, and a pulse function that is used for extra power in short bursts.  It includes a tamper, which is ideal for pushing your ingredients down towards the blades.

The Premiere High-Performance Blender works like the Streamline, with the same blending power, tamper and adjustable speed and pulse functions. But, enjoy a bit more with this blender with its 4 presets to get your tasty snacks at the push of a button. The presets include Smoothie, Salsa, Juice and Nut Butter.

And finally, enjoy the deluxe version – our High-Performance Heating Blender! This includes the same key features as our other two, such as the on/off switch, Pulse function, Tamper and Adjustable Speed function. But this blender can blend AND cook with an adjustable temperature function and cooking presets! The Adjustable Temperature function allows you to manually adjust the time and temperature to your liking. Make the most with this all-purpose machine with its 6 presets including Frozen Treat, Smoothie, DIY Milk, Soup, Dip and Baby Food.

Now, that you know a little bit more about the blenders we offer, it is important to have some tips and tricks, so that you can get the most out of your blender!

  1. If you are having trouble cleaning the blades of your blender, you can add water and a drop of soap and blend for 30 seconds. If you have the Heating Blender, simply use the clean preset!
  2. Adding ice and frozen ingredients last will make for an easier blend. The heavier ingredients will help push down the ingredients closer to the base.
  3. Take advantage of the tamper to push your ingredients down towards the blades.
  4. The Chop function is great to utilize when a chunkier consistency is desired.
  5. Make sure not to overfill your blender to avoid damaging it.

Mango Pineapple Kale Smoothie

The variety of fruits in this smoothie hide the less satisfying ingredient in here – kale! Adding kale makes it a healthier and more nutrient dense beverage. This simple recipe is perfect to whip up in the morning before you go about your day – just throw everything in the blender and you’re done! You won’t need to add ice to this drink since you will be using frozen fruit and you don’t want to lose the flavor, which can happen with adding ice.

Ingredients:

8 oz. orange juice

2 cups fresh kale

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and enjoy!

Blood Orange Ginger Juice

This hearty juice is perfect for when you wake up, a mid day snack or an after-work out blend! We opted for blood oranges over another type of oranges for this recipe, because we wanted to give it that sweet, but somewhat zesty kick. Feel free to make this juice with another type of orange, if you’re looking for a sweeter taste! Adding honey, maple syrup and sugar gave it extra sweetness as blood oranges can have a bitter quality to them. We only added a tiny bit of turmeric, so the seasoning wouldn’t be too strong, but feel free to add more if you desire! To make this beverage even better, serve with ice and a blood orange slice.

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs. blood oranges, peeled and cut into chunks

1-inch ginger chunk, peeled

1/8 tsp ground turmeric

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp maple syrup

¼ - ½ cup water

1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

Peel and cut oranges into chunks. Then, place all of your ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until all the ingredients are broken down. Strain once or twice over a fine-mesh strainer. Serve over ice and a blood orange slice and enjoy!

Roasted Garlic Hummus

Hummus is the perfect dip for an afternoon snack or quick lunch. Roasting the garlic beforehand will enhance the flavor of your hummus, making it sweeter and milder. We used our Air Fryer Oven to roast the garlic. Allowing your garlic to cool beforehand ensures you won’t burn yourself when you have to squeeze it into the blender. Don’t forget to scrape the sides of the blender to make certain that all the ingredients are blended at the same consistency. We decided to add more water, to guarantee all the ingredients mixed well and the outcome was a creamy texture. Serve with your desired snack, such as vegetables, flatbread or tortilla chips!

Ingredients:

1 bulb of garlic cloves, separated and unpeeled

5 tbsp olive oil, divided

can of tinned chickpeas in water

2 tbsp light tahini

sea salt

1 pinch of white pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp water

fresh parsley to garnish

Directions:

Preheat air fryer oven to 350°F. Place the separated, unpeeled garlic cloves into a small oven-safe dish. Cover in 2 tbsp olive oil and roast for 20 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and leave to cool for 1 hour. While you wait, drain and rinse the chickpeas well and remove any skins they might have. Place the chickpeas into the blender. Squeeze the cooled roasted garlic into the blender, as well.

Then, add in the remaining olive oil, tahini, sea salt, white pepper, lemon juice and 1 tbsp of water. Blend until creamy. Add more water if needed and garnish with chopped parsley and an extra drizzle of olive oil. Serve with your desired crackers or chips.

Roasted Chile Peach Salsa

We wanted the best of both worlds – a little spicy AND sweet, so we went with an Anaheim pepper and peach combination. Roasting your peppers first will make it easier to remove the skins and it will soften the texture and give it a smokier flavor. Grilling your peaches will also give it that softer texture to ensure an easier time while blending with the other ingredients. Holding back a few of the peaches and adding them in at the end gave the salsa that extra burst of peach flavor! This was a big batch of salsa, so feel free to half the recipe based on the amount of people you’ll be serving!

Ingredients:

28 oz. can of whole tomatoes

4 large Anaheim peppers

6 peaches, firm

1 medium white onion, chopped

1 bunch of cilantro

4 garlic cloves

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp chile powder

1 tsp salt

juice from 1 ½ limes

Directions:

Wash chiles and place them on a grill. Grill for 5 minutes on each side. Put chiles in a bowl and cover them to steam for 10-15 minutes. Remove skins, stems and seeds from the chiles and set aside.

Wash and dry the peaches. Halve them and remove the seeds. Brush peaches with a small bit of oil to help prevent sticking. Place the peaches on a grill and grill for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add all the ingredients except 2 peaches to the blender. Blend until the ingredients are combined, but still chunky. Pour into a serving bowl.

Chop the remaining two peaches and add to salsa, mixing to combine. Add salt, spices and lime juice to taste. Refrigerate salsa for 1 hour before serving.

Vegan Blanco Cheese Dip

This gooey dip is perfect for those looking for a dairy free or vegan option. The combination of potato, cashews and almond milk give it that creaminess you’re looking for in a cheese dip! Adding in the chiles and jalapenos gave it that fiery flavor! Feel free to omit those ingredients if you aren’t fond of a spicier taste! Using the dip preset on our Heated Blender is perfect for heating this snack up because it takes away the hassle of heating it up on the stove and dirtying another dish!

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked potato

4 cloves garlic, roasted

¾ cup raw cashews

1 ½ cups veggie broth

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

4 oz. mild chiles, chopped

½ cup mild pickled jalapenos, jarred

1 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp sea salt

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients except for the pickled jalapenos into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add the last ½ cup jalapenos and pulse until chopped.

Use the dip preset and continue to blend until consistency is thick and gooey.

Chunky Monkey Ice Cream

This dessert is the healthy alternative to ice cream without actually using ice cream! The combination of peanut butter and chocolate give it that rich taste. We opted for freezing the bananas beforehand to give this treat a firmer texture. If you are looking for that “soft serve ice cream” texture, we recommend only freezing the bananas for a few hours. Feel free to add more milk if you are looking for a creamier consistency.

Ingredients:

2 bananas, chopped

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp chunky peanut butter

½ oz. dark chocolate, chopped

Directions:

Place chopped bananas on freezer safe plate and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Once, the bananas have chilled the correct amount of time, place the frozen bananas, milk, peanut butter and chocolate in the blender. Blend until smooth.

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

This bowl is the perfect sweet treat for those hot days. Strawberries are the perfect main ingredients as they are full of fiber and vitamin C. Adding extra fruit after this treat has been blended makes it a fuller meal. We added coconut flakes and cacao nibs to give it that extra crunch, but feel free to add whatever toppings you desire!

Ingredients:

1.5 cups frozen strawberries

1 banana

½ cup coconut water

Optional Toppings:

whole strawberries

chopped bananas

coconut flakes

sliced almonds

raw cacao nibs

Directions:

Add the frozen strawberries, banana and coconut water into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Put the smoothie mixture into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Enjoy!

Thai Peanut Dressing

Use this yummy recipe as a salad dressing, sauce, marinade or even a dip! The chili sauce and red curry paste add that zing to this already sweet sauce. We added sugar to this recipe to balance out the soy and vinegar. The consistency for this dressing will depend on the type of peanut butter you use. Creamy peanut butter is ideal as it doesn’t separate as easy as natural peanut butter does. If you are using this for a salad, feel free to serve it right away. If you’re saving it to use as a sauce or dip, slightly chill it first. To make this recipe vegan, use non-dairy milk and vegan yogurt.

Ingredients:

5.3 oz. container Greek yogurt

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

½ tbsp Asian sweet chili sauce

2 tsp red curry paste

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp rice vinegar

¼ cup cilantro, loosely packed

1 garlic clove, peeled

4 tbsp milk

½ tsp dried basil

1/8 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to your blender and use the chop function to puree until smooth. Add additional milk as needed to reach your desired consistency. Chill before serving.
