Dress your cocktail up for the Fall season by adding in some cinnamon sticks, lemon wedges, apple slices or rosemary sprigs!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 oz. Spiced rum

1 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

1.5 oz. orange juice

2-3 drops of bitters

pumpkin ale

cinnamon, brown sugar and honey for rim

cinnamon sticks and pumpkin pie spice for garnish

 

 

 

Directions:

Rim an 8-10 oz. glass with honey by placing a few drops on the glass rim and dragging it around the edge. Then, sprinkle a small plate with brown sugar and cinnamon and roll the glass rim in it until coated.

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

Add rum, schnapps or vodka, orange juice and bitters. Shake and strain into a rimmed glass filled with ice.

Top with pumpkin ale and garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
